seen what a great day I had with my Service Dog authorized by Federal
Law...If not then you should go back to a GREAT
DAY and you will see how this ignorant idiot showed his disrespect
for the law, and he's the Chief???
I got to town early and was waiting for my friend Bobo as mentioned earlier...I was walking up and down the main drag, looking at displays and meeting people and their dogs... The Chief approached me and told me that there were no dogs allowed on this day downtown... I told him that I had a Service dog as authorized by Federal Law and that I had the right to be there.. He was not receptive to Federal or even our State Law that I have printed on the back of my Service Dog ID card... He was very rude, uninformed and criminal in his speech...He said among other disparaging remarks " I'll shoot your Fucking Dog"... "you retard"... "Get that dog outa town"... "Have your dad to give you more pills and take your emotions with you" (my Dad is a respected therapist in the area and has nothing to do with pills)
This went on for a while and we were nose to nose, his doing, not mine... I stood my ground and said No, I won't leave...He was visibly angry and said to come in Tuesday and he will have a warrant for my arrest... I am planning to press charges for 422.6 and 365.5(c) of the California Penal code Also a big lawsuit-you can not mistreat people like he did... Below are some pictures of our local Civil Servants |
